- Emergency measures for power failure: The hydraulic pump station is equipped with a manual unloading valve. When the power is suddenly cut off, the unloading valve can be opened by hand to make the main table fall back to the ground from the middle position.
- Door machine linkage function: Only when the main table is raised to which floor, the door of that floor can be opened; if the main table is not on this floor, the door of that floor cannot be opened. This can avoid accidents caused by personnel entering the hoistway by mistake.
- The maintenance principles are different in winter and summer, and the methods are also different, which mainly depends on the material of the rail-type lifting freight elevator and the hydraulic oil selection of the hydraulic lifting platform.
- First of all, what should be paid attention to in the choice of material. For the rail-type elevator freight elevator that adapts to cold weather, we should increase the hardness of the steel appropriately, and the expansion coefficient is not easy to change too much. This is the first issue to be considered before choosing the production of rail-mounted freight elevators. For the rail-type elevator freight elevators used in the north, sometimes it will be about minus 30 degrees in cold seasons, and about 30 degrees in summer, with a temperature difference of 60 degrees. - Secondly, we have to replace the hydraulic oil according to the seasonal changes in time. We should not increase the use and maintenance obstacles artificially. There is no antifreeze for hydraulic oil in summer, and antifreeze must be added to hydraulic oil in winter.
