In order to ensure the correct use of the trailer, extend the service life of the trailer, and reduce the probability of industrial accidents caused by improper use of the trailer, the trailer use specification is formulated as follows:
1. Loading and unloading
(1) Before use, the trailer can be put into use after checking and confirming that it is in good condition; (2) when loading goods, insert the fork into the bottom of the container and pallet, and then lift the fork; (3) when loading the goods, the weight of the goods shall not be greater than the limit load of the trailer (three tons)
The load of the two forks on the vehicle should be balanced, and the center of gravity of the goods should not be deviated to prevent excessive wear of wheels on either side of the trailer; (4) single fork operation is strictly prohibited;
(5) It is forbidden to use the front part of the trailer fork to impact or push objects;
(6) When carrying round objects such as oil drums, only one piece is allowed to be towed at a time, and personnel are required
Auxiliary loading and unloading and hauling; (7) it is strictly forbidden to load and unload articles on the inclined ground; (8) the height of loading and unloading articles shall not exceed 2 meters.
2. Operation at load
(1)When starting, it is strictly forbidden to use excessive force to prevent the articles from overturning due to instantaneous acceleration;
(2)When turning, pay attention to no one else at the corner, and it is strictly forbidden to turn rapidly or turn too hard;
(3) when driving, observe that the width of the passage is always more than 10 cm than the width of the object;
(4) when going up and down the slope, the driving slope shall not be greater than 20 °;

(5) When going downhill, slow down the slope; if the trailer is overloaded, push the trailer to make it
(6) it is forbidden to turn when going up or down the slope;
(7) The trailer shall not be used on the uneven road surface to prevent excessive wear of the wheels. If it is necessary to drive on the above road surface, it should be driven slowly.
3. Operation when non-load
(1) Roll up the fork to prevent the auxiliary wheels on the top of the truck from landing on the ground;
(2) when encountering potholes and uneven roads, the speed shall not be too fast.
4. Other rules
(1) At any time and under any circumstances, it is strictly forbidden to trample on or sit on the trailer, and the trailer shall not carry people;
(2) after use, the trailer shall be put back to the designated area as soon as possible, and no exposure is allowed to place or discard at will;
(3) Clean cloth should be used to wipe the hydraulic cylinder jacking rod of the trailer when going to and from work every day, then apply lubricating oil; clean the trailer after work;
(4) Every three working days, at least fill lubricating oil to each axle of the trailer;
(5) if the trailer fails to work normally, it should be reported for repair within the first time;
(6) During rest and off duty, the fork shall be lowered to the lowest point, and it is strictly prohibited to put the fork on it. At the same time, place the trailer on the horizontal ground to prevent the trailer from sliding;
