After sales service can best test whether an enterprise or a brand is really responsible for its products, customers and the brand itself. Since MORN was established in 2007, we have been offering and practicing thorough service including pre-sales consultation, considerate sale and instant after sales service in both domestic and overseas business. From 13th to 19th June, our engineer and technical sales went to Dubai where one of our customers encountered maintenance problems to offer technical support for our goods lift product.
This customer’s goods lift had worked unsmoothly for some time and they failed to repair it. As it had been tested well by trial running in our factory before shipment, we guessed there was something wrong with the installation. Then on an appointed date, our engineer and technical sales went to Dubai taking along control system and goods lift parts which were used to update system and maintain the lift.
Three days were spent in maintaining the cargo lift, updating control system and parts, and adjusting the platform running. Also, some improperly installed parts were readjusted and welded to ensure the lift’s performance and efficiency. After the whole machine is well adjusted, the customer was grateful for us and praised our problem-solving and professional after sales service coming from China. But on our side, it’s our responsibility and duty to provide each customer with good user experience and reassured technical support, which always reminds us to refine hydraulic goods lift design and manufacturing technology for easy installation and durable use.
Then we visited an UAE customer who had bought several goods lifts from us and worked well with them. Three years of cooperation with us had convinced him of our goods lifts’ high quality, safety and convenience. He spoke highly of our goods lift and recommended that his experienced installation team could provide installing service for local end-users. Further cooperation is still now under way.
So no matter how far our customers live in, door-to door after sales service is always available for difficult problems which customers cannot handle with remote or online solutions. We do take responsibility for every customer we serve and every machine we produced, as well as the reputation of our brand.
