In addition to the safety devices of traditional traction elevators, hydraulic freight elevator are also equipped with:
- Overflow valve: can prevent the system pressure from being too high during upward movement;
- Emergency manual valve: when the power fails, the platform can be dropped to the nearest emergency, then open the door at the floor position;
- Manual pump: when the system fails, the manual pump can be manipulated to pump high-pressure oil to raise the platform to the nearest floor position;
- Pipeline rupture valve: when the hydraulic system pipeline ruptures, the platform stalls and drops, it can automatically cut off the oil circuit to stop descending.
5.Oil tank oil temperature protection: when the oil temperature in the oil tank exceeds the standard set value, the oil temperature protection device generates a signal to suspend the use of the elevator, and only start the elevator when the oil temperature drops.
Operating cost advantage
- Low failure rate: due to the advanced hydraulic system and good control method, the failure rate of freight elevator operation can be reduced to a minimum.
- Low power consumption: when the hydraulic elevator goes down, it is driven by the pressure generated by its own weight, which greatly saves energy
Civil Engineering Advantage
- There is no need for a machine room above the hoistway, and the top floor can be installed with a height of 3.5 meters or more.
- The machine room can be located within a 15-meter radius of the hoistway, occupying an area of only 3-4 square meters.
- The hydraulic elevator does not have a counterweight device to improve the utilization rate of the hoistway area.
- The hydraulic elevator load and load directly act on the foundation pit through the oil cylinder. The hoistway has low strength requirements, and the brick structure or brick-concrete structure is enough.
- Frequently inspect the freight elevator and lifting equipment for loading and unloading materials to ensure the safety of the freight elevator and lifting equipment to ensure that safety accidents are caused when feeding the rail-type lifting platform.
- Do not stand within the scope of lifting. The freight elevator platform should draw a restricted area to prevent anyone from entering or standing.
- Do not stand beside the freight elevator when loading and unloading.
- Do not use old or problematic lifting equipment to replace the loading and unloading work of the freight elevator.
- Before loading the freight elevator, confirm that the weight of the material is within the rated load of the lift platform. Do not load coils that exceed the limit of the freight elevator, which may cause damage to the machine.
- Make sure that the radius/outer diameter coil of the rail-type lifting platform is completely tightened.
- Warning lights are set up around the freight elevator lifting platform. When loading and unloading, there should be warning lights to remind workers and prohibit idlers from entering the work area.
- The forbidden area is drawn in the area where the guide rail lifting platform discharges materials to ensure that there are no foreign objects in the area and keep it clean.
